Gotta trade Tatar and Nyquist while their stocks are high. They were so bad tonight. I'd bench one of them for Cleary for sure next game. Bring in players who will be physical and engage. F-it. Bring Smith in at forward. Horrible effort by everyone not named Datsyuk, Glendening, Helm, Zetterberg and Mrazek. Pulkkinen is just another guy not wanted to get dirty. He will for sure cough up the puck and not go into the hard spaces. Why would we split up the only line that produces for us on a nightly basis?

Most of you guys make more excuses for Smith than Smith makes for himself. Which is crazy. Look at his numbers. SUPER LOW. Look at his passes in our zone. SUPER SLOW. Look at his turnovers. SUPER BIG. He just made a decision in a game to basically try and cheat and steal a live puck. A play most of, if not all of us have never seen before. And he was confused? Confused about what exactly? If Kindl isn't allowed to play, neither should Smith. If you can't see that they are very similar, than you are not watching fairly or closely enough.

His season was about as bad as it could be. Not sure what you were watching.

No on paper and in the games. In those two games when they were reunited they both were averaging 2pts/game.

Disagree completely. They give us a great line. With them split we just have mediocre lines. We clinched because of that line.

I noticed in the Game Day Thread there was a lot of talk about what a real fan is. What do you think the answer is? Are real fans not allowed to be negative? I know some people feel this way. I think it's bulls***. You should be allowed to care. Complain. And want more from your team. Like sneaking into the playoffs to me isn't good enough for Detroit. It wouldn't be good enough for Scotty or Yzerman, so why is it for Zetterberg or Babcock? Let's talk it out.
