I don't want Leino back tbh. What's everyone's thought on Kopecky coming back? That's highly unlikely as well. Only names on that list mentioned earlier in this thread that are decent are Bieska and Erhoff imo for d-men...

You kind of knew something was gonna happen at the end of the game. It's just a typical team player sending a message somehow after a game to an opposing team player as the series continues. Seen stuff like this happen the last 20 plus seasons tbh.... No worries

Abby is not going to sit that's a fact. Abby has played pretty well except for a couple of boneheaded dumb high sticking penalities and such. However his playing style is exactly the type of player we need to beat the Sharks now and in the future. If Abby could somehow find a scoring touch he could be amazing. On another note Flip has been playing pretty good as well too. Creating turnovers and forechecking like no other imo. Franzen is obviously hurt and should not be playing if he is imo, let Modano get in there. This team did pretty darn good without Hank in the first round, let it be so with Franzen then if he's hurt is my say.

My question is why the f*** is Huds being still put out there on the 2nd PP unit ffs? Back to some of the main points of the thread. Yes I believe Holmstrom is now a liability out there period. Whether on the PP or 5 on 5. Too bad we haven't seen Modano but oh well. Pretty sure Babs also was going with Abby-Helm-Eaves line there at the end maybe more so during the third period.

The Sharks top guns are out performing our top guns. Howard has been better than Niemi but just not good enough. IMO we've ouplayed the Sharks games 1 and 3 but have nothing to show for it. As for players, the Sharks have key guys at the right time killing us. The Sharks have imo have out played us as a team overall these last 2 seasons. Dunno if it has something to do with McLellan or not as well knowing our system.

I thought game 1 was especially towards the end. Some pretty weak calls imo.

I sort of wanna see Modano and Draper in the lineup. Bench whoever including Abs, I dont' care right now. Babs needs to make some changes. Must win game 3 or we are done imo.

I agree with some of your stuff Probie but Holland wouldn't. In Kenny We Trust. Hopefully some moves are made this offseason.

Honestly you can blame this and that. But when it comes down to it we just can't beat the Sharks. Our team isn't built to beat Sharks. The last 2 seasons stats against the Sharks probably show that. Also they're big guns are getting it done against us when our big guns aren't doing much of anything. It would also help if some of our 3rd to 4th line guys could finish/score. But whatever thats hockey. I think our team as played pretty good it's just unfortunate we are done 2-0. Both games were close and I think we were the better team in game 1. We need to take both games at the Joe or this series is over.

Great team effort tonight all around. Like mentioned probably a hundred times before I guess this team could flip the switch after all. Wouldn't have been able to tell that the last month or 2 of the season. Now it seems I don't care who we play against cause this team seems unstoppable atm. Really impressed how we took care of business tonight even when being down by a goal. Very impressive....

My guess is Eaves is sitting this next one out. Eaves, Miller and Modano are all fair game for rotation. But when Hank comes back I don't know, I guess Babs will probably make a decesion game to game maybe? I like seeing Abby on the second line but obviously when Hank comes back that isn't going to last...
