Yeah I like Rick Jeannert too. I reemember back in the day when Brad May scored that huge goal in the playoffs for Buffalo. I think it was in 99 but not sure. Jeannert: "MAYDAY, MAYDAY, MAYDAY, MAYDAY!!!" Awesome

As much as I don't like seeing Holmstrom out there on the ice 5 on 5 he's still producing points. Whether it's on the pp or not. His net presence is quality enough. His time is coming to an end yes. If we are on the hook with him for next year so be it. My only problem with him is when everyone returns what line is he ending up on? Wouldn't mind seeing with Hank and Dats again. Babs has got some tough decisions to make in the next month imo...

We don't match up good anymore against the Sharks. The tables have turned per say... -

Yeah Dat's line is the the best line by far. Only line mustering any type of offensive threat. Z hasn't been good this game. Come guys lets go.....Howard has been AMAZING though... -

Not inpressed so far tonight. Both lucky goals for us tonight so far. Hopefully this third we can turn it around... -

Don't like the fact that Draper or Abs will sit when Modano comes back. Miller yes the other 2 no. I find the Modano signing more frustrating than ever just cause our young guns aren't gonna gett that ice time. Also Modano wasn't tearing it up either before the injury. Interesting that Babs said that he's gonna put Modano, Flipper and Holmstrom on a line. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Hahahahaha. Yeah Dallas got screwed big time imo. Rumor in San Jose was that the Pens were trying to unload Goligoski to them. The Sharks wouldn't bite. -
Should I, (we) worry that Kenny won't resign Ericsson this off season?

Leino, Flip Snr who's next years surprise pick up?
St. Michael (the Red Wing) replied to Andy Pred 48's topic in General
No thank you. -
I'd take Penner but not Hemsky. Both are worth a prospect and 2nd rounder MAYBE. Also hasn't Hemsky been injury ridden this year?

Have to say I'm quite impressed with Bert this season. More so than last. Really earning his pay out there. He's fitted in very well along side Franzen. Hopefully his consistency continues into the postseason. Like nothing else, postseason #'s are where it's at.....

anyone have a link to watch the game please? -
As stated I thought 97's team was better but 02's team had a surplus of talent....

Modano feeling good, aiming for late-February return
St. Michael (the Red Wing) replied to DatsyukianDekes's topic in General
Good article. Love to see Mikey back in the lineup ASAP. Just wondering who's the odd man out then once he returns? Miller, Abs? Eaves and Drapes have been playing solid lately along with Huds... -
Wow. Philly is looking very scary now. Surprised that Burke made this deal tbh. But then again maybe not. I wanna say Burke isn't finished trading yet....

As much as I wouldn't mind have Arnott on our team I wouldn't want to give ANYONE or ANYTHING (draft picks) up for him. Like nothing. Phillips is interesting but I can't expect Holland to give up much if anything besides a draft pick this year or next. I won't be surprised at all if Kenny just sits back this trade deadline and I'm all for it...

Dude needs to give it up for real this time...

As much as I respect Mr. Lemieux, I've always regarded him more on the cry-baby side of the fence when it comes to hockey. Man's a legend no doubt so whatever he has to say privately or like now publicly he gets heard. However as mentioned before Cooke going unpunished for some of his tatics this year and last year are obscurd. One game ends up like old time hockey and you're gonna *****? Really? Maybe the league should make the nets bigger and allow no hitting so Sid can score more and skate around untouched and when he gets hit cries. GTFO Mario...

Both of the 2 posts above above I agree with.

Buffalo would love to get they're hands on Kane wouldn't they? I could see something along these lines of a trade happening. However it probably would involve Crawford rather than Turcnuts. I see more players involved or maybe picks involved in this trade too....
