I do feel sorry for Nashville. Us losing Lids to retirement is bad but then Nashville losing basically both their top 2 defensmen in the same offseason. Ouch. -

Bugs me bad when people make lines with players like Doan in the lineup when there's 0 cred there. Why bother making lines until training camp when we have more of a realistic impression on what the lines WILL be not NHL 2013 fantasy draft lines or whatever. -

Anyone remember the Osgood blunder in the 94 playoffs game 7 vs San Jose? Haunts me to this day. People said then Ozzie was awful Detroit needed a real goaltender Ozzie wouldn't win anything blah blah blah. Give it time folks and back off Jimmy. Jimmy will be fine and I'm confident he is only going to get better... -

By the sounds of it Howson is in no rush to trade Nash. Obviously. Interesting to see (IF) the season starts and Nash isn't traded to see how Nash plays. I don't know what to think anymore. When someone to me says they at least want 2 NHL ready players. To me that means guys that have probably played at least 2-3 NHL seasons and more importantly with (some success).
