the interesting thing is that he said he wanted to compete as a starter. however, the odds of him being a starter in detroit, knowing detroit/babcock, are pretty slim. And if detroit said they were going to give him time to get ready, then he wouldnt be starting. or am i confused?

its a tough situation. clearly the islanders did what they thought was best for them. I understand that. nabby SHOULD have just came out and said "i want to play for detroit or another contender this season, dont claim me." if he comes out and says that, then the team that claimed him were doing it to f*** nabby and detroit, and they would look bad, IMO. Nabby is acting kind of selfish though, unfortunately. we'll just have to see what happens next. It is funny though how he said . "I was surprised they picked me up. I was like, 'Wow, what's the point?"'

he should just suck it up and play for the isle. They only have like 30 some games left anyways. Go be a free agent and sign wherever you want this summer.

dont have to be twins. they are brothers and they do look similar. The sedins had to start somewhere, so the flips may as well start here. aside from that, i have no idea how good iflip is, i saw him play for the griffs 3 times so far, but two of the times i was on the glass, so its hard to get a good perception of positioning.

So if he improved his gaa by 1.13, and his save percentage by .021... i wonder how he'd fair as an NHL goalie. he is improved at each level assuming that trend holds true, he'd have a gaa in the NHL of 1.87 and a s% of .925 /tinfoil hat
