I lived in Germany for a little while and it was really interesting because the people liked hockey, just not NHL hockey. The local teams had sell out crowds constantly, but whenever I mentioned the NHL noone really seemed to give a damn.

I don't think it's that big of a problem honestly. After 2 consecutive Stanley Cup Final appearances any team is bound to run out of gas at some point.

It's just one game, lets not overreact here. I wouldn't start Osgood in game 4. Jimmy is our guy and we need to give him another shot.

As much as the New Jersey Devils have bored me to death over the years I just can't get myself to cheer for the Philadelphia Flyers. In a pick your poison scenario I'd have to give the nod to the Devils.

I especially hate how he went off on the refs afterwards for not calling it. If you're going to pull this crap and you get caught then at least have the decency to shut up.

I don't really like this idea. The KHL is just trying to save face after the embarrassing performance at the Olympics. This just strikes me as another "My wee-wee is bigger than yours" war and it's unnecessary. Keep our players here and focused on the NHL season ahead during the exhibition. Don't distract them with a Cold War wannabe rivalry.

The east is a joke this year. The 11th place Ducks would have finished 7th in that sad ass conference this year. The problem is that the west teams have a tougher task during the playoffs and could run out of gas near the end. I wouldn't be surprised to see an east team win the cup for this reason.

Every team I predicted to win game 1 lost. If TSN is looking for a replacement monkey to spin the wheel I am available for the remainder of the playoffs.

He's nice guy, why you have to be so mad? It's just hockey...It's only game. He maybe no want to play here because in November month it's -1...can you imagine?

I think every non-playoff team should have a crack at 1st overall. I understand that they want to make weaker clubs better but rewarding a team for a tank effort only hurts the product.

I'm not a fan of either team in particular but I'll be cheering for the Rangers tomorrow. Seeing Flyers fans piss and moan brings joy to my heart.
