Well Jimmy was far from great in the playoffs but stole some games from Phoenix and in the last few against SJ was stellar. With this team in front of you I would say the Hawks still probably had a good shot. Niemi is nothing to s*** the bed over.

I would even go as far to say we have a mini-Stevens in Stuie. Lays the body in a ver similar way just not as damaging. Fisch could have been that guy and would love to see Big E elevate his level to something close to that. (wishful thinking there )

Good post above. That '02 team was just unreal. Graduated that year and will always be the single best sporting event I was able to attend. Craziest thing when they announced that Nick won the Conn Smythe that got more of an ovation than Lord Stanley did I think. Oh what a night!!!
