Fully realized. But I really don't see the point taking on such a contract and waiving a NTC to bring in a guy who's brain was turned to mush last year. He is an elite passer and center, I understand that but not for Cleary. That said, reading through all of this I would just assume say not at all for Savard and look for that 3rd/4th liner role player that we desperately need.

No contract is worse than that ginger or Huet's. Marleau does a lot more than Campbell but I see the point... Pretty awful on SJ's part. But whatever hate that clown ass organization anyway.

Yep, fits absolutely, positively everything we need. That said, fantasies only last for so long and Boston has just as much love for him as anyone else would have. We would need to really get rid of years of prospects I believe.

I don't get the Clears hate yet again. Savard as it has been said is 33, and will not bring the exact same things to the ice that a player such as Danny does. I don't know man, the trade Cleary thing is just at a pinnacle and this is the year I feel we need to see what he can do. So nah on that.

Fully agreed. No other players in the league have the skills that Pavel has in both ends and really haven't seen anyone like this in the league in quite some time. I can only hope it can translate into a Hart, Selke,and Conn Smythe for sure too would mean a Cup. He is the most dynamic player in the NHL by far and it has really been a joy watching him play for the last 8+ years. With Pavel I will always say, all we can do is just sit back and watch the show.

Soon to be 12th next year and we will see on the Norris nominations as I feel he may just not be looked at as much as in the past. But with the Perfect Human there really is no telling.

Marleau had a good year but SJ can't be happy with just re-signing these guys year in and year out (for that ludicrous amount) when the Pres Trophies are all they have to show. *Meh* whatever good luck with that.

Its a line but... most careers go to this joke of a team and just die or severely search for help. I can see Hossa now just looking at Buff and just giving the "well at least you are still in the league"
