I have felt for quite some time now that it will be Hank (go figure) to don the "C" that fateful day once Nick hangs them up. But yes, he isn't getting younger and neither is Pash. Helm would be a great choice for an "A" here pretty soon but I do believe that we need to take Kronner into consideration too. This was in the freep today actually about Kronner just stepping up in the room and being more vocal. Helm would be the more quiet, cool leader but we also don't know what he carries in that room. To me his play and all out effort like every shift is his last is what separates into a very elite group. I don't want people to kill me for this but as far as effort is in the league, Helm is in the top 10. The excitement as I have presented in other posts doesn't exactly accent the type of guy we have here. What a great problem to have

You're kidding, right? Hudler, maybe but Stuie better not go anywhere. Johnson is solid but let's not go crazy.

Methinks you are a tad quick on the trigger. I think this is just apologizing for not giving this to him his entire career. I can still see him getting the Norris and probably lose out to St. Louis considering he is never in the box, ever. Pav's fight is all it took to take it away from him.

Seemed to work for the Hawks. kinda

I noticed that about a month ago in his "WATCH" thread. But now this is an inconsistent and wrong assessment. He has played considerably better and is actually using his size. His outlet passes have created plenty of scoring chances including this gem... Stirring the pot is cool. But maybe watch some of the games and then find another whipping boy.

Good on ya!!

A lot of players are different in the playoffs, guys. More "switch flipping" discussion.

Who Does Zetterberg Play With If He Comes Back?

Can't break up that 4th line right now. Draper's been doing a lot of the little things out there and well, the guy has 4 Cup rings. He just gets it. -
Here you go Mike...

Dangle of Death and Danger putting on a show here in round 1. I don't have a lot of stellar writing to do here considering all has been said and I don't write well. Rest up and enter..... #40

On this play here, I looked over at the lady and said, "No homo, and I am sorry but I would leave you for Darren Helm right now". She didn't laugh...... What a freaking animal this series. Danger!

To be fair, Helm's switch has been flipped for quite some time now. I am just a true "hater" of the "flipping the switch" thing. Helm had some fire in him this series and he let his play do the talking. Absolutely, positively has become one of my favorite players on this team. He carries himself the right way for the organization and I truly see him just elevating to heights we may not have thought he could get to. Jovanovski was completely messed up since the shoulder and tried to outmuscle or yap his jaw for no inherent reason other than proving that Helm was just outright better than most of his guys. Just my 2 cents, great series boys and yes, flawless is close aside from some dumb penalties. Keep rollin' boys!

Or a Zetterberg beard shirt would be stellar too. No clue what to put on it just something in reference to it.

Ongoing joke throughout thread.... he had it right -
They gave him a target of game 6 if necessary. Looking like it won't be necessary at this juncture but don't want to be too cocky in that assessment. I say rest Hank regardless unless it's something very dire and I do have a feeling the Yotes will be playing with that "nothing to lose" mentality too and will take runs at guys. Hoping we come out with the win and a 100% lineup. Rest up, Z.

Meh. I'm indifferent about it. I say the more support the better. Makes for a better party anyway

Piggybacking off all of these thoughts of surgery.... As was posted in the Hank injury thread, he looks ok to me... http://yfrog.com/n0outbz -
