Franzen-Datsyuk-Cleary Bertuzzi-Filppula-Hudler Abdelkader-Modano-Holmstrom Draper-Helm-Eaves Truthfully, I loved the Mule-Fritters-Bert line but I know it won't happen. It just provided a lot of problems matchup wise to the other teams and gave Pav and his line a bit of rest against the top line. With Hank out this presents the issue and that 3rd line to me looks a tad nauseating. I really hope Modano can elevate to the caliber of player he has been. Experience normally helps this time of year and he has looked alright as of late. EDIT: Woops, sorry Homer... Drew gets the healthy scratch assuming Patty Sunshine is back in. That first line could be super clutch when they need to be.

Excellent points on all of that. I also think Suter is the better ALL-AROUND defenseman and won't even get a single vote or nomination. Having watched all of the games this year and seeing how Nick would make some of the simplest of plays that most fans don't notice, I tend to wonder what the writers look at myself. The stats and everything still lean his way aside from the +/- which could drop him a tad unfortunately. Overall though, Nick was the team's MVP and should be the Norris winner given what was around him. We can only hope those with votes think as rational as this.

Not to necro this horrible event here, but how are you guys feeling about this? I get a sickening feeling in my stomach it is a bit worse than they want to say but maybe it's just the pessimism from being on here everyday that is causing that Just hope this isn't as bad as my brain is telling me, or something. Yeah, they did some cool stuff for the O6 matchups this year. Aside from the phenomenal hockey card sets they passed out they also had an organ player sitting up by like section 215 just playing away. Had a great old time barn feel in there.

Going with the round by round tactic. Won't be nearly as homeless like if I just take 1 at a time here. Hoping for 5 games so this one won't get bad at all.

Correct. All these things I agree with and then some. Babs loves to juggle but man, this line was just all over the ice and was a great influence on Mule "The Floater" as of late.
