Very interesting indeed. Always makes it different when it's your own team and you have seen every second of every period to see the impact each has had. Pash is probably the better choice over the course of 82 games but Jimmy was just THAT guy for the first half in my eyes.

Geno Malkin and Hossa? Yes, I'd pay some cash to see that for sure. Kane as well.

AAAAAMEN brotha!!! And of course the riverwalk takes you right to the Joe, so how apropo The best version of Don't Stop Believin' I have attended had to probably be Game 6 against the Sharks, probably the 2nd most electric crowd I have been apart of in my whole life. 2nd only to the '02 Cup clincher. I like the high energy stuff like the Breaking Benjamin or Rise Against they play to get things going. Gets me ready to see some big hits and all that....but I have always been a fan of even the old favorites like 'Can't Wait one Minute More' by CIV.

If you don't care about price go to Hockeytown cafe, lots of Wings memorabilia around and what not. If you really like bbq food, please please go to Slow's. Here is a link with more info on it, a must in the Detroit area. If that is too packed, try Fishbones in Greektown, yet another link for ya. Enjoy and cheers!!!!

INSERT GAME TAPE HERE: See you all after the all-star break! PS: Hudler haters, exit stage left!

Holy double D breasts! This is it!!!! But honestly, Drake nailed it with the injuries. Hank's back has been in the toilet for the past couple of years and it shows a ton just in comparison before that particular injury happened. I think at times we have seen the scoring touch here and there. He is as tough to knock off the puck as he ever has been and I can honestly say that even though he isn't going to pot 30+ a year anymore, we are still in prime shape as a team for a deep run and with him being just an all around playoff performer, this too shall come to pass. Yeah yeah, Hank slappy I know but truthfully, I don't think its a gigantic concern at this point.

Jimmy, bar none. Pasha has been as spectacular as usual, but Howie has held the fort during the defensive s*** storm struggles we were having. Not to mention (aside from last night, ditch the game tape on that one) how fabulous he has been in the past 7 games. That #5 guy is pretty good as well but at this point Howard gets the nod for first half MVP and might even have a shot at the Vezina if this roll can continue into the latter half. Props to Jimmy.

Of course I predict Conner has a great game and home boy breaks his hand. Maybe Hudler can have a good game tonight? No? I keed Wings victorious in unorthodox fashion as Bertuzzi pots a trick all at the expense of Pasha's hard work. Yumm Leinenkugels, so many thoughts going on at once. GO WINGS

And thine thread shall commence. I think most of us shouldn't have just expected this but flat out known it and foretold this as soon as Red was signed.

Yeah, that's what I told her. I shall add the Zettertrain to the gino list, my friends.

They all work for me, just my preferred Red Wings hockey taste. Trust me, I am not too picky.

I will do my best, plenty of hours coming my way and won't have access to the site there but I will do what I can. It's always great to come back and read the mass carnage that is the GDT. Hoping for a nice, simple W that will not raise the blood pressure any.

Just saw the billboard for this yesterday driving down 75, pretty cool.

Erroneous on both counts!!! My leaving was pure coincidence but the Brain has returned though will be gone for some time with a new job, but whatevzz And I shall suggest this for a lovely, pure, crisp brew that only our fine lakes and rivers of America's hat otherwise known as Canada can create:
