If everyone thinks that the Wings will continue with this defensive play when literally every single team that is in the playoffs, including the Wings, tightens up defensively, then I believe everyone is more of a chicken little and delusional than I thought.

Protection is what he has lacked and he still has put up them #'s. Gets protection, we could see 45-50 HR's. Not trying to shoot for the moon but that is just facts.

Just think about how hungry the entire province of Quebec is to see Lord Stanley in a parade? It's a rabid, obsessed type fan base there.

That's an estimation on your part. Quebec wins the Cup and almost guarantee people for miles would come and attend. That whole population is hockey crazy and just think, Chicago isn't and got that much. Maybe you could see the possibilities there.

1 game and it's all dried up GDT is just a breeding ground for insanely comical posts. PP was horrific but as someone said the 2nd unit looked like they hadn't played together before in their whole career. It truly was disappointing we couldn't capitalize on the PP chances we had but Jimmy looked spectacular tonight and we virtually controlled the bulk of the play this game. Not going to kill them for it. They have been just stellar on the road lately so hopefully the quick turnaround can motivate them tonight.
