I would like to see this 'source' that said Yandle is being shopped right now. This is the first i've heard of this.

Why would Phoenix just give up Yandle ? Because we are the Detroit Red Wings and we demand him ? We would have to pay alot more to get him, defensively he's not that great. Calgary is looking to move J-Bo so he would be had for much less, I would rather pay less to get a good defensemen than overpay big time to get Yandle just because we are exploring J-Bo.

Gabby is like Hossa in terms of offense, nowhere near him on defense though. But Gabby is one of the fastest skaters in the NHL, and is only 31 and with him playing with one of the best players in the NHL, I wouldn't look past him getting 50.

I understand that was an overpayment giving up Flip and Franzen for him, but your acting like Gaborik is garbage. All players get injured, however the last 3 years he has scored over 40 goals twice, the other year he missed games because of an injury and still scored 25+ goals. People wanted Perry at 8.7 million, but don't want Gabby at 7.5 million ? Perry has played with Getzlaf his entire career and posted 1 season of 35+ goals. Gaborik's best center until last year he played with was Ryan Callahan and he's scored 40+ goals 4 times. He's almost a career PPG player. Gaborik with Datsyuk would be unbelievable and I bet he would score 50.

I don't hate Holland, but it starts with not bringing back players that shouldn't be here. Such as Sammy, Cleary (next year), Bertuzzi, Qunicey etc. He needs to let the kids play, that's why I have a little beef with Holland, it's time to move on from the vets. Babcock will probably allow Abby to double shift on the first line and second line.

Wild aren't that good. The difference was, Wild players aren't scared to go to the net, our players are. So many pucks come out in front of the net and our guys are standing on the circles.

Flip needs to do more than skate over the blue line and dish it off. It's soo predictable every time.

Boston yes, Philly no. I would be more worried about the Leafs bigger guys than Philly. Philly just has the reputation of that kind of team but they aren't big or scary anymore.
