Hate to say it but Patrick Kane will be up there at the end of his career. He is 26 and already have 600 points in the NHL, and has 2 cups in which he had HUGE parts of (winning goal, and a couple series clinching goals). He also should have a Conn Smythe but Toews cried his way to the 2010 one which he disappeared for the last 2 series.

I don't see them going to the Olympics if they introduce a 2018 "Ryder" Cup which is basically North America vs Euro's. I can't see them doing a Ryder Cup, NHL Season and the Olympics.

People seem to forget the most important thing to an organization is making the playoffs and getting a ton of extra revenue, not necessarily to please the fans by not trading Jarnkrok to miss the playoffs. It isn't all about us fans sometimes, in fact I have no issue with the move then, and still don't. Anderson was our #1 center due to all the injuries, we would have bombed the rest of the season if not for this move. People need to get over it and realize we are spoiled, imagine having the Leafs for a team or Buffalo, would you even watch half the games? We should be thankful Holland is running this team and making such moves instead of falling in the standings (which I'm certain a portion of the fanbase would stop following the Wings).

I agree. No way Mrazek is to be blamed on that play. Would have been a great stop if he had made the save but man that's a terrible giveaway and such a fast play your not expecting.

I agree. Nothing wrong with his comments, or for Tim to point out the obvious glaring issues with the team. Everyone else is scared to speak up, it was refreshing to hear it even though I'm not a Leaf fan but I know what the team is going through as I see / hear it every single day. I just don't see Babs going to that mess, especially after they will probably be going through another rebuild after this season by the looks and sounds of things. The media is what is driving Babcock to Leafs since they think they can get every top Coach and FA well because it's the Mecca of Hockey. Stamkos didn't want to play for them, Tavares didn't want to play for them, Giroux didn't want to play for them, Leaf fans and media just don't get it. Right now the media is trying to save face and if they don't get Babs then they say they will get Todd Mclellan.
