  1. Bob Probert passes away at 45

I really hope he is at peace and everyone can have demons and be depressed and get into bad things but that doesn't make them a bad person. Hopefully your at peace and you will always be loved and remembered.

this is very sad. Yes he was a very tough player whom we all admired and loved and was in the NHL but he was still a person. He had ups and downs and so does everyone, people just knew about his. That didn't make him a bad guy though even seeming to have the greatest life doesn't always turn out that way. Prayers to everyone that loved him and hope you are at peace. BTW terrific article by Mitch Albom. Damn that guy can really write. And you really never know what can happen ya know bad things can happen at a moments notice, you hope to god they don't but they still can unfortunately.

I just heard the news not too long ago when I came home, my dad has been a Red Wing fan all his life and he was very sad and shocked when I told him. He was soo young only 45. Very sad. I don't believe I ever seen him play but I have seen him at ceremonies and what not, I seen him on something not too long ago. What a great hockey player and will be missed by many. I can see how people at first thought maybe he just collapsed from the heat or alcohol or something who knows cause it was soo hot out and you got to stay hydrated but it was much more worse. I can't imagine what his family and friends are going through and I hope he wasn't in a lot of pain. Heart problems have been happening with a lot of people lately, everyone please make sure you get check ups, a lot of people have undetected heart problems. Rest in peace.
