Per TSN: San Jose acquired right wing Patrick Davis and center Mike Swift from the New Jersey Devils in exchange for center Steve Zalewski and defenseman Jay Leach. Leach, 31, has one goal and four assists in 50 games for Worcester (AHL) this season. He played 24 games for the Devils in 2008-09, collecting one assist without a goal.
