Boo hoo. This spoiled little punk isn't sorry at all. You always get these fake "oh I'm sorry" when they get caught. He is not sorry at all. He is sorry he got caught, and is sorry he is suspended form his polo team. Thats all. Now he wants sympathy...******* pathetic. What a little puck *****. I hope someone kicks his ass into next week.

First, not all jerseys cost $200. In fact, the majority of jerseys sold are cheap replicas. Secondly, people in Vancouver have been planning on rioting after game 7 for weeks if not months. A lot of them were not hockey fans, but just wanted to get in on the riot so they could loot and steal s***, just like most all modern riots in North America. Remember LA? A lot of people left their houses when they heard the news on tv or the radio so they could go down to the riots to loot and steal s***. Hell even in the pic on page two of this thread, you can see two kids in front of a burning car, and in the background you can see some blonde girl that does not look like she came from the hockey game or even knows what hockey is, coming out of a high end store with a smashed in front window with her arms filled with s*** she just stole.

I can't help but notice that a large amount of the looter pics I see, the looters are tight girl-jeans wearing hipster douch bags...

Even though I was routing for the Canucks, I've always like Thomas. And I gotta give him mad props, he played an amazing series. He definitely deserves it.
-
Poor little guy tries to delude himself too. I've heard him say several times before that he gets just as many cheers as boos, but the boos just drown out the cheers, so it sounds like everyone is booing him. Yeah right, Gary... You keep telling yourself that.
-
LOL at all the naive people saying they were rioting "because they lost". They were going to riot regardless, win or lose, I can guarantee you that 100%.

The reaason people are blowing this "out of proportion" as you claim, is because the Rome hit, while interference, was otherwise clean but received a suspension due to the injury resulting from it. So this should too. But of course this is the NHL, so we get selective suspensions as always. If you are going to suspend Rome for no reason other than his play resulted in an injury, than you should suspend Boychuk too, point blank. I mean his play did result, intentionaly or not, in someone breaking their back.

Jesus...Luongos play in Boston this series has been absolutely pathetic. There is no way to even sugar coat it. That motherf***er should be ashamed of himself... Edit: What, do we have some sort of "cuss filter" here now? Pffft...that is so lame, I am at a loss for words. (yay for censorship? I guess?)

Exactly. Funny (and ridiculous) that you got negged for saying that. But this reading through this thread has shown me it is not a thread to "discuss the Canucks vs. Bruins" as some people have claimed, but merely a thread to praise the Bruins and hate the Canucks. Any posts made not doing one of those two things gets either attacked or negged.

Luongo choking during important games... Good to see nothing has changed.
-
I don't think anyone here hates lines. Perhaps you are mistaking past posts where other people have pointed out the fact that the only thing you ever post about is line threads as "hate".
-
Of course he is, lol. Why not? These Stanley Cup final threads just seem to be a magnet for idiotic comparison. Hell, just the other day we had someone compare Burrows little finger bite to rape and pedophilia...
-
Yeah, I ag........Wait, what the f*** did you just say??? I think you are mistaken and meant to say Recchi and Lucic, right? As those are the only two I saw doing the "biting taunting horses***" in this game.

Damnnn, son!!! Boston dun whooped yo asses!!! Something I wanted to bring up though... Was Boston scoring those last three being up 4 wrong or unsportsmanlike? Obviously IMO, no. of course not. BUT.... Remember just a few short years ago, my fellow Wings fans.... If the Wings were up by that much that late and then had the "nerve" to score another 3 goals, they would have been shredded and lambasted in the press and all around the internet as being unsportsmanlike, arrogant, showboats by daring to score more goals after they were obviously going to win it. s***...I remember Kenny Daniels even saying things in his commentary during those type of games about how the Wings should just step back and do the "sportsmanlike" and "right" thing by stepping back and just playing defense, so as not to embarrass the other team by scoring more goals. Obviously the Bruins were emotional this game though, and rightly so, but the ending of the game just made me think back a few years and think of all the flack, hate and ridicule the Wings would have taken if they had "dared" score another 3 on a team that was down by 4 and was obviously going to lose the game already.

While its been a good, fast paced game so far, I absolutely hate to see the momentum of yet another NHL game shifted by a blown call/non-call. Which in this case, was the pretty blatant high stick just before the Bruins scored their second. Which if called, would have negated the Boston power play, put both teams 4 on 4, and the 2nd Bruins goal in all probability doesn't happen. The Bruins have successfully rode the momentum gained by that blown non-call and subsequent goal to the fullest throughout the 2nd period, and will now go on to win this game.

Judge rejects NHL deal with Molson-Coors:

Perhaps... But thats like saying "this pile of s*** over here tastes better than that other pile of s*** over there does" -
Agreed. Right after I made the other comment about him being funny, I scrolled down and read that one that he made... One of the absolute stupidest, most moronic things I have read on this site. Actually, the internet for that matter. I am seriously in awe of the pure idiocy of his comments. Its like the brain dead morons who compare every little thing that they don't like as being "like Hitler".
-
I can't tell if you are being serious or sarcastic here. If you are being serious, then this is one of the absolute funniest and over-the-top posts I have read here in a while, so kudos!
-
Jesus... The Canucks fans booing the US national anthem was some totally ******* classless, scumbag s***. (and I'm pulling for the Canucks too, but had to comment on that bulls***)
-
PS- don't forget to go back and neg my posts like the shoreline fanboys have.

Dude, I don't even know how to respond to you. No offense, but are you high on crack right now? Maybe come back and post when you sober up and make some sense. Either that or your reading comprehesion is severely lacking. I never had any attitude. I never fought anyone, nor did I wish to. I simply said, had this happened 10 years ago, I would have after being assualted. But now that I am older, I walked away instead. How that translates to you accusing me of having an attitude at the game and bringing it on myself is beyond me. I was just relaying my one and only experience there. I made it VERY clear it could have been a fluke, and also made it VERY clear that that was just MY experience. I honestly don't know why you are so butthurt over me posting my experience, or the fact that you, even after me explaining that I had no attitude and was simply there as a fan watching a game, keep claiming I deserved to get assaulted and brought it on myself, when that was definitely NOT the case. If I was "asking for a fight" (apparantly by simply being there in your mind) then why didn't I stay around to fight? Why did Imaintain my cool and leave instead of fighting? Seriously....put the crack pipe down. I also think its funny I get negged by multiple people simply for posting my experience as it happened. I guess only lovey dovey "the sharks fans are teh bestest evar, and I looove them" are the only posts people here want to see. What, is this site filled with nothing but tree huggin hippies or something? f*** the Sharks and f*** their fans too. So go ahead and neg my now babies!
-
Huh? What attitude? I was there with absolutely no negative attitude at all and was there to simply enjoy a hockey game. Even when beer was thrown at me, I was physically assaulted and harrased, I had no attitude, maintained my cool, and shrugged it off and simply left. If that is asking for a fight, then you just confimed my experience and how common it likely is, and that San Jose fans are complete assholes and view a rival fan simply coming to their arena to watch a game as "asking for a fight".
-
Lol @ judging a fanbase based on kids on internet forums. Go to a Wings/Sharks game next season Cali wearing your Wings jersey and see how "friendly" the sharks fans really are. Oh, and bring some of your crew, as those "friendly" folks will try to physically attack you as well as throw beers and s*** at you for wearing your Wings jersey there and cheering for your team. While I haven't been to every arena, in the ones I have, I have never experienced such assholes as those sharks "fans". I'm just glad I went there somewhat recently, now that I'm older, calmer, and more pacifistic, as if that s*** had happened to me 10 years ago, I wouldn't have had the strength to try to brush it off, and there probably would have been one guy in prison (me) and several severely injured sharks "fans". Maybe it was a fluke or something, but that experience is burned in my mind and my opinion of those fans is cemented. Thats just one guys experience though, yours may vary...
-
I just wanted to stop by and say thank you to Vancouver for knocking out those piece of s***, diving, douchbag f***s, the sharks. I also wanted to say thanks to the Canucks for giving them a little taste of their own medicine while at it. Thanks boys! (though if Tampa makes the finals, I still gotta cheer for them)

The mayor of Atlanta, Kasim Reed, said; "I think anytime we lose a major sports franchise, it is tough," Reed said."It is going to hurt the city but we will withstand it just fine and we will get through it." From the way he is talking it sounds like it is pretty much a done deal. http://www.google.com/hostednews/canadianpress/article/ALeqM5hoK4FwbIkA0kE6lnlIUvt0eK-drA?docId=6944290
