Random question, why don't they shake up the D pairings? I always hear about the forward lines being mixed up when they're in a funk, why not the D? Or are the changed throughout the game and I don't notice?

A few weeks back the Wings scored everytime my brother-in-law came into the house so I made him walk in and out a bunch of times during the 3rd period... my wife thinks I'm an idiot.

I've often wondered the same thing, though I don't think it's the case tonight as Van. has been playing great lately. I like the ads, though my son says he should have gone bowling with the head.

My son is wearing my Datsyuk jersey tonight to help reverse the slump... both times he's left the room Vancouver has scored and he's been in the room for both Red Wing goals so I'm thinking it's working... up until Datsyuk was hurt. I'm very superstitious but I don't think I have the heart to tease him about hurting Datsyuk... getting old and being responsible sucks!
