  1. Lol I need to log off for a while I think
  2. Oh jeez, maybe we should send him to jail or something then? Oh wait...
  3. Well I guess it depends on the animal. I'm pretty sure a dog could be helpful. It could like lead blind people around and stuff. But a Grizzly Bear doing community service? I guess you might be able to teach it some circus tricks, but I still wouldn't feel safe with them running around my neighborhood doing community service. I don't see what this has to do with Voynov though. Last I checked he was a person.

Not at all, in fact I'm quite the opposite. Obsessively curious. For example I find it curious how you're shifting the argument away from you wanting to trade for a guy 9% better than our 3rd shooter, and towards "I'm just saying he's better man" Nyquists one year aside? How about Oshie's one 75% year aside? Suddenly he's nothing special, just like this year.

So let me get this straight, you think a 9% difference in Shootout percentage over a third shooter makes a guy worth trading for? Please say yes.

Wings sign Brad Richards 1 yr, $3 million

Zetterberg is great cause he can step in and take face offs from the wing. That's where he'll prolly be the rest of his career

Wings sign Brad Richards 1 yr, $3 million

Datsyuk has played plenty of wing in his career. Especially when he's with Zetterberg. They kind of switch back and forth and share the responsibility. Which is one of the reasons I think they're deadly together.

Nyquist, Tatar, and Datsyuk sat at 57%, 33%, and 27% last year. So no, it's not awesome compared to what we have.
  9. I'd trade for him. We've been lacking that edge since Bertuzzi left us.

    Depth chart for RW/Griffins

Basically my point. I doubt we dump any of our D-men. Green is bound to be injured at some point, as well as others. Smith and Kindl are lucky they have Blashill around to give them more chances. So far neither has amounted to much.

Link? I don't have a site that tracks all-time You're very welcome. He had one very dominant year in SO's. Same year that Sochi happened. He had another 36% year right before that season.

Where and when did Blashill spell out his top 4? Source? And Smith gets the nod bc he re-signed recently? In what world does that logic makes sense. U do realize he's making a lot less than Q? Why? Cause he's about half the player Q is.

Please tell me how much press box sitting KFQ did last year?

None had below 5. Everyone I listed had at least 7 attempts or more. And there's plenty more I can list.Just stop. He's no where close to being great at shootouts and is in fact probably below average. Do you seriously want to argue that a 36% SO makes him valuable?

Preliminary Red Wings Training Camp Roster

I've been saying that about our "logjam" at forward for about 5 years now. At this point I don't expect it to happen.

Let's get him as well as Cheechoo while we're at it.

Not all will make it. They'll peace out Filppula/Hudler style or Emmerton/Mursak style. One or the other.

For my next prediction, I predict there will be no such trade. The Red Wings will carry on as they always have. And I'll bet 100 of Kips dollars on it.

Why is this a thing? I don't know if any of you watch the NHL, but he's not good at shootouts. Oshie was only 36.4% in SO's last season. You know who did better than that? Literally a ton of guys. Lets list some names: Frans Nielsen, Tyler Ennis, Radim Vrbata, Chris Terry, Brandon Pirri, Nick Bonnino, Mats Zuccarello, David Perron, Antoine Vermette, PA Parenteau, Mike Santorelli, Gustav Nyquist, Jacob Josefson, Jakob Silverberg, the list goes on... And those aren't guys who took 1 shootout attempt and scored. Nyquist was 57% in SO's last season. Dramatically better than TJ freaking Oshie, but is Nyquist a SO specialist? No.
  21. This probably never would have happened in the first place if she had a guy like Anthony Peluso with her.
  22. Agreed. His time would probably be better served helping his community than locked in a cage. However the justice system is often more based on vengeance than rehabilitation, as exhibited by some of the knee jerk reactions here.
  23. 90 days in jail, 3 years of probation, a full year of counseling... Am I the only one that thinks this was handled properly?

Helm is needed for 3 on 3 this year. His speed should dominate in OT
