He definitely has improved since last game in his offense, but he's still not quite there. Saw a few more uncharacteristic giveaways, and he has been awesome on defense.

You're absolutely correct - he looked way off tonight, and I thought so last game too. He did not have much intensity, his dangles were easily thwarted, and he turned the puck over many times, especially in the second period as I recall. I know he did not have ideal linemates, but in any given situation Datsyuk usually adapts and does not make this many mistakes. Edit: Only speaking about his offensive ability in my assessment. His defense seems as good as ever.

I don't think he's past his prime just in a slump. I can't recall the last time he's turned the puck over so many times in a period.

No doubt we're playing well, but honestly Ducks look awful. It looks like we are on a power play when it's even strength. And Datsyuk is not looking like Datsyuk, especially his passing.
