i may not be a red wings fan,but i am getting a sad feeling about the possibility of nick lidstrom retiring tomorrow,not only could the wings be losing their captain and best defenseman,but this leauge could be losing one of the best defenceman to play the game of hockey,nobody will be able to top the style of nick lidstrom- 419 replies

nashville can still resign ryan suter,they are gonna meet sometime this week and discuss the future, he hasn't said that he would like to test free agency and nj is probaly only thinking about winning the stanley cup right now ,not about whether or not they can resign parise

this something only fans that hate the preds would say,i think the preds were contenders for the stanley cup this year,but fell short,but that doesn't mean that they won't be contenders next season

nashville and new jersey are the only two teams that are in the best position to sign them,since no other team can talk to them until july 1st and neither player has told their agent that they wanna test the free agent market,there is no reason to think that they won't sign with their current team
