Tootoo needs to be on the ice!!!! Toot Toot Toot Toot Toot!' Honestly he's the only Wing bringing 'noticeable' energy fun and enthusiasm in addition to scoring chances and shooting at the net each of his shifts! Get him out there!

Our D has been solid BUT lets not forget how many times Howie has been hung out dry...Easily 10-12 goals have been NO fault of his and would have taken a lucky snow angel to make the save. Conversely he has let in a few stnkers BUT the defensive breakdowns are much much more common than a Howie softy. Good for Jimmy!!!

In confused by all the hate.... He has more goals than Z correct? And all the hate about his conditioning and mental toughness and the grind? Seriously, can we use the same bulls*** excuses for the rest of our team? Hes hit a skid cuz the NHL woke up and took note of this dude. He will have to adjust his game for a full season for certain if he wants to bury pucks but thus far Brunner has been a pleasant suprise.

I cheer for the 'cure'.....the cure of bipolarism and kneejerk-itis here at LGW. Maybe I could sponsor a 5k beach run for the cure here in Destin. Go wings!

You will notice the word left off the list was the most important.....Consistently! And yes they sure as hell have displayed all those adj's and more BUT they have NOT all done it At the same game same shift same trip. We have laid some big eggs for stretches and I know we need all cylinders firing every game to make playoffs and Howie will need a 09 ozzie run to get us deep BUT this team has all the nuts and bolts to do some work into early summer. If We get Helm like EFFORT from every Wing on the Ice every shift I will be happy as a Wings fan and will enjoy the run this year.

Our team can be -fast -gritty -defensive -intense -hungry -disciplined Perfect traits for playoff hockey...they CAN be all of these, its up to them if they actually are though:)

The urgency just isnt there...the last 5 mins of game is how the entire game needs to be played. Hell I would settle for half of the game. I understand we were going for broke at that point but that pace is how we need to play 60 mins if we want to make the playoffs and make a run.

Too little intensity to late today!! Frustrating to know they had the gas in the tank but didnt use it today!!

Toots is very consistent...i think Babs had Sheahan up for Z an once Z was good to go, decided to have a look at Sheahan.

Tootoo must be going buts having to sit this one out. Running around blowing s*** up is kinda his specialty and why he is here and no penalties to boot, pretty much his dream scenario.

You sure can tell how much Babs just loves to coach hockey whenever he gets interviewed. Imo he's loving the challenge of coaching this years team and all the adversity of youth and injuries.

The point was made in the Raffy thread about outlet passes and it really hits home now that Im looking for it. Lids and Raffy were masters with their passing and getting our rush started.

Did anyone else notice how nice he was...just like his sports idol Lids? I wouldnt mind a mean nasty dude like Weber but if DD turns out even 1/2 as good as Lids and is kind and respectful to the game and fellow players I am all in with the kid..

For anyone thats confused...Nyqvist IS small!! I love his speed and desire to shoot first ask questions later but can we all at least agree that he is physically small!
