If he becomes a 2nd line center than we have found a gem. With aa, Larkin, sheahan, and glenny our center depth is gonna be a strength

Ya I agree. And I believe we need to trade Howard because he has value and we aren't good enough to be able to have a Howard mrazek tandem. We need to get an asset for Howard and ride mrazek. I know it's risky, but at this point you take the risk because pav and z's window is almost shut

I really like the idea of trading Howard + for Thornton. Maybe Howard + jurco+ prospect for Thornton. Then go after phaneuf + Reimer for hopefully weiss + smith + kindl + helm. Franzen goes on LTIR This would give us tremendous center depth and allow hank to play with pavel. Tough to see but im proud of that team, getting screwed on the suspension of kronwall is a complete joke. Cole being out really hurt this team

I bet that's why too. I'm just baffled at how guys can have there heads down so much. Kucherov deserves that hit because he didn't play with his head up.

This exactly. Get your head up. Your in the NHL you should be able to play the game of hockey with your head up. If your head is down looking at the puck you deserve to get exactly what kucherov got. If your heads up you see kronwall coming and you avoid the hit all together. Fact of the matter is play with your head up its not that hard

Nope doesn't matter it wasnt a big enough hit to even get looked at. The NHL is a joke. Once weber didn't get suspended for what he did a few years ago I don't see how anything can be a suspension in the playoffs.

Bs If he gets suspended. Weber is allowed to smash zetterberg's head into the boards but kronwall gets suspended for a borderline hit

It wasn't even his movement. He just slapped at the puck. The 5th goal all he had to do is grab the puck and back pedal behind his net
