Smith played well tonight.

He used to be one of the best, but now he is one of the worst. I think most of it is strictly due to loyalty and that needs to stop

He's the one that plays cleary in stupid situations, the one that scratched Tatar, who sits Tatar in overtime and we obviously get scored on, played Quincey on the second power play unit tonight. Hey babs maybe try out smith on the pp he was only the pp quarterback for the griffins when he was playing well. Babs is doing a terrible job with line combos, special teams lines, and putting young guys in situations to succeed. I for the life of me have never understood why smith has never been give power play time with the big club considering offense is supposed to be the strength of his game

It depends what grade it is. Yes I would absolutely be okay with this. I also want holland out he is terrible

Ya well I don't care I want players that wanna play every night. He is garbage and was yet another terrible signing by holland. There needs to be a change with both holland and Babcock and it needs to happen now. They are not doing there jobs.

I'm a huge wings fan and absolutely love watching the wings always got so excited to see them and all the skill they possess but they just aren't that anymore. Is it bad that I'm not that excited to see the games anymore and I only get excited when pav and z are on the ice?

I'm actually so ready to fire holland and Babcock. Holland doing an awful job with roster management and babs for playing bums like cleary and Sammy. It would be one thing if we didn't have the players in the system but it's another when a guy like nyquist can't even play cause of that idiot holland.

Gaborik honestly might be exactly what this team needs up front. He's a fast skater and a pure sniper. Imagine a first line next year/ end of this year with z-dats-gaborik!!! Then you got Weiss, mule, Tatar, nyquist, helm, and possibly alfy, another top 9 guy, or Abby. Then a solid 4th with Andy, glendening, miller

Ya and even then we still can't add salary as we are already at the cap

I think abdelkader would be best served on that line with Weiss and alfy instead of cleary. But yes ultimately it would be nice to have nyquist with those two. I do hope the helm line stays together. We have the ability to have 3 very good lines

I would definitely be on board for Dan Boyle. He would immediately help our puck movement and powerplay

No I can't go another season of watching pav play with both Bert and mule. Yes Weiss is key to the second line and he does need to start producing but I think he would with a hungry nyquist and alfy. If not we would have two other wingers in Tatar and mule to insert in with Weiss. Weiss was starting to look very good before the injury don't be surprised if he starts heating up when he gets back

if only we could get nyquist up and make the lines for babs then this team would be successful. Z-dats- Bert Nyquist- Weiss- alfy Tatar- helm- mule Abdelkader- Anderson- miller I dunno about you guys but I think that's a pretty good looking forward group. If someone struggles on 2nd line there's always the option of moving up Tatar and the mule.
