    Miller had two this game, one resulted in a penalty. Emmerton scored last game. Cleary got handcuffed in game 1. They haven't had any odd man rushes in this period because the puck's been in the Nashville zone the whole game and their defense isn't pinching because they're playing with the lead. I'm not sure how you can create odd man rushes when you're already in the offensive zone.

    Yes, you can't score if you don't hit the net. White hard shots that completely missed, and Hank had another that could have been a good chance. If they keep throwing shots on, they'll score. You don't have to get perfect chance. Sometimes all it takes is a redirect off someone's leg, or a knuckler that the goalies doesn't see.

    The first half of the period, yes. The last 10 minutes I think it's been pretty neutral, and if not, Detroit has had more puck possession.

    They played better after the penalty bulls*** was done. Actually outshot them. The difference in the game right now is a really stupid play by Miller which has cost us a goal.

    Staying out of the box was key to this game. The stupid play by Miller puts Detroit down early, in their own home. It's really s***ty playing from behind 5 minutes into the game.

    Can't wait for this game. If the Wings can stay out of the box, they win this on their own ice. I think the penalty killing wore the defense out last game. Hope Howard continues to dominate, and Franzen/Bertuzzi stay in Beast Mode. Let's go Wings!

    What was Smith doing? Also, anyone see that dive by the Phoenix guy behind the net? Foley kept saying they got away with a penalty, but it was one of the worst dives I've seen. I played it in slo-motion, and the guy on the Blackhawk's stick didn't even touch him.
