Scheduling maybe? But that is what the interim suspension is for, to make sure he doesn't play in any games before the hearing. So he is for sure getting at least 2 + whatever Shanaban hands him at the meeting.

Yeah it will both hurt and help us? Maybe because of the unbalanced conferences (team numbers, I mean)? It will suck if we are stuck on cusp of playoffs for some reason (bad injuries or are team underperforms badly) and we lose our streak because of 16 vs 14 team thing. But even the thought of that doesn't outweigh the benefit I think we are receiving by being in East instead of West (travel miles saved, more practices, etc)

I hope this is true on Comcast. I am so tempted to just get this now before season gets too far in and it doesn't make sense to buy it. I hate not having access to FSD. And all stream sites I find by random google searching seem really shady, not sure what crap they are installing on my computer.

That hit is a joke compared to this one that got no supplemental action: http://www.nhl.com/ice/news.htm?id=682786&navid=nhl:topheads Not to mention that hit that gets no extra penalty looks equivalent to about 3 or 4 last year that all got suspensions. I like that they are going the direction of not penalizing someone because other guy isn't keeping his head up, but you have to be consistent year to year unless you specifically make a rule change.
