Today I was talking with my brother during the game and he said analysts were discussing whether or not Malkin would have any gas left in the tank. He never had to play this many games pre-NHL, and apparently he sloped off this time last year. He was one of the less noticable contributors against Philly in the ECF. Tonight it didn't seem that he was much of a force. Does he have anything left in the tank? Is he just on a little mini slump?

personally, to make myself NOT go to far after a win.. i just think of it as "at least we cant get swept". not because i dont think we can win, but because i dont want to think its in the bag.

good. i think that its funny that because so many people are taking the "underdog" approach, WE are actually becoming the underdog as far as expectations. if that makes sense.. aha

did anyone else notice the osgood/turco handshake? am i crazy or did it look tense? ozzie kept talking to turco and turco, looking like a bit of a b****, just stared at osgoods chest being short. looked like he said something like "ya" then moved on while osgood kept talking at him. anyone else notice this or just me? i mean turco did call him "gutless".
