how cheap did you expect the winter classic tickets to be? 89 dollars for a winter classic ticket is a bargain compared to what prices have been going for in the previous winter classics. for me personally, i don't care what tickets i get. i didn't plan on having a great view of the game anyways. i'm just going for the spectacle and to be part of history.

still not sold on rinne career playoff averages of 2.60 gaa and .908 sv% those are some pretty mediocre numbers

ticketholders are just looking to take advantage of a rare weekday regular season game where the game actually means something, against dallas nonetheless stubhub usually has some good deals for wings tickets though. i was able to ****** 2 tickets to sunday's game for $24 each after fees. They were selling for $50 minimum on ticketmaster and it was a premium game

well the part about season ticket holders is correct as someone i know who has wings season tickets that received a letter on friday saying that he would have first chance at tickets. but that part seemed obvious however the part about the tickets being put in a lottery is still up in the air as no ticket information has officially been released does anyone recall how tickets were sold for past winter classics?

pretty sure he meant the red wings winter classic website if you look at the bottom of that page it says " We are not affiliated with the Winter Classic or any box office, venue, sponsor, performer, or other organization"

i agree. Not sure how well macdonald is playing in grand rapids this year but if conklin continues to struggle, why not call him up for a game or two. i thought he played pretty well in the backup role last year

only reason i can see holland doing this is if he feels he can sign for less than if he hit the open market. otherwise i think this is a waste of a trade -
this is a pretty crappy schedule for JLA. no original 6 teams outside chicago coming to detroit and not even the penguins.

i agree. i don't want another modano who floats on the ice every single shift but if they can sign him to a 1 year incentive laden contract, i would be all for it

judging from the past 2 playoff performances, i wouldn't be too excited about bryzgalov if i was a flyers fan i disagree. he did pretty last year i thought. i would definitely pick him over osgood
