I hate the sharks and like the kings. However, I want Detroit to keep the bragging rights of being the last team to go back to back. The sharks coasted against an easy/overrated opponent that I wish I could face. The kings won a hard fought series against a good team that is a couple pieces away from a cup. The kings seem to have better offense, better defense and better goaltending (although niemi somehow put up great numbers this year). Despite the fact that the kings are better on and off paper, the sharks have been known to win series' without doing anything spectacular. Tough call, but I'll still go kings in 5. It's time for the minnows' luck to run out. What a great way to say good bye and good riddance to the west. Farewell tour around the conference, taking out our three biggest rivals in the process

I do believe we will chase Corey Crawford at least once I don't believe the magic is over I do believe we will stay alive long enough for helm and/or dekeyser to come back I don't believe the hawks were challenged enough in the first round. I don't believe the hawks have played any real playoff hockey yet this year. When a goalie is below average for the first 2-3 years of his career and then suddenly becomes a stud behind the best offense and one of the best defenses in the league, that probably means he isn't actually as good as people think. If we have a big game against him early in the series, it could veer him off track for the series (see all 3 Chicago goalies in 09) I think Detroit will stun the hawks and win one or even both of the first 2 games. Chicago will obviously regroup, but their first adversity of the year will be too much for them to overcome. Wings in 6

They are such biased announcers during the game, but they always give credit where credit is due after the game. I don't know if it's their method of justifying a loss or if they were just instructed to be major homers during the game, but they always tell it like it is after the game

Anaheim's forecheck is the best I've seen in a long time. If anything gives Detroit trouble, it will be their pure firepower. Stalberg is fast, but the Ducks had some young guys with blazing speed (especially Cogliano and Etem)
