How many games does Howard have to steal before people believe that he can steal games? 2. They lost all credibility when they said colaiacovo was an offensive defenseman 3. Detroit has gotten the bounces? Did they watch the games? 4. They must not have watched any of the wings' games against Chicago this year because we brought them to overtime 3 TIMES. They also must not have watched any of Chicago's first round games this year because they looked really bad despite the 4-1 series win. Of course Chicago will be favored against the wings, but hawks in 5? No way. The only thing they said that I actually agreed with was that Anaheim's forechecking has been killer. We need to chip it out of the zone and chase it down or make perfect passes if we want to beat it. I love how people who pick against the wings in every situation call themselves "realists"

I disagree. Dats and Z have had several linemates over the years that haven't really worked out. That's why they keep having to be split up. Putting a lesser skilled player on a line with those guys allows us to have a good second and third line as well.

It's nice to have a "New Holmstrom" who annoys the crap out of people and makes room for Dats and Z. All four of our goals last night were a direct result of screens in front of Hiller. 3 of those were Abby in front.

I was watching the ohl finals (mostly watching Jake Patterson and Andreas athanasiou) and Bo Horvat scored a great shorthanded goal. The announcers were saying he'll be a steal in the mid 1st round. Does anyone know anything about this kid?

I kind of agree with you, and I never like to bash players. I have had a little less tolerance than usual since its the playoffs and I know we're good enough to go far this year. Smith has been great since we brought him up last year, but he has made a lot of mistakes in the last 7 games. Ultimately no one "hates" him, and everyone is still really excited about him in the long run.I don't understand what you're saying about Bert and eaves. Bert has made that fourth line a factor for the first time this series and eaves has played pretty well too. I really hope people don't start hating on Deke. He is our future on the blue line
