This is probably true, but I believe he is a natural winger who converted to center. It is possible that Babs moves him to wing and drops sheahan down to the 4th. Why do our best players/prospects play center???

I hate that excuse. Anyone who has played the game knows that if the other team is getting away with holding, you will too. Every game is called different. If you can't adjust, you don't have much chance of winning.As for tonight, I hope the kids can play as intense as they did on Wednesday. That should be more than enough to get a W

I didn't read any of the gdt, so I don't know if you were one of the ones calling for Babs job, but is missing the playoffs because of an injury epidemic a reason to fire the coach? I'm as frustrated as anyone watching the wings lose after consistently putting in effort and trying to do the little things right, but there is nobody to blame. It seems like everyone here wants to blame Howard or Babcock or Holland, but really the downfall of this team has been just plain bad luck. We've had horrible luck all year with injuries. Even today when we did everything a team needs to do to win, we lost the game on a flukey goal that can't be blamed on anyone except the hockey gods. By the way, I do think we will get enough players back soon enough to make a playoff push. Once the playoffs start its a whole new ballgame. Everyone knows that.

I'm thankful for the fact that our fanbase is spread all around the country. I've been able to meet other red wings fans living in California, lllinois and now at Ohio State. Btw... *uck Michigan! That reminds me, I'm also thankful that we can all get together and cheer for the wings, even if we're rivals in other sports
