If the Red Wings want Cleary back this bad, he must be doing a fantastic job behind the scenes in terms of mentoring and leadership. If he's playing a condensed role, I am all for keeping him. In fact, I would rather have him than Sammy and Bert. I am very excited to see the young kids play this year, and I'm hoping that Cleary's role wont cause them to get sent down.

Perfect deal. He has two years in the big leagues to earn a real contract, so the pressure is on himself to perform and show the team was he has. -

My direct manager is a Sens fan, and I only found out today when he was walking around all pissed off. This next year will be a great one. For his birthday, Christmas, Easter and every other holiday I will get him hockey cards with Alfie in the Red Wings jersey -

I'm ******* ecstatic. Flip is overrated. If we manage to get Cleary, cool, he's a warrior. Will I miss Brunner? Not as much as I'll love Tatar and Nyquist.

If we get Morrow, then Abby must be getting shipped somewhere..

Very upsetting that Brunner turned us down, but with all the current talent we have on three straight lines, he would see a lot of third-line minutes. For his career, he is better suited somewhere else.
