    Seriously no way anyone can defend Howard in this game. The guy gets a ton of flak....much of it undeserved at times, but he has just been horrible lately. That OT goal was a beer league goal. He was so far out of position. I can honestly say Petr would have saved that because he is so aggressive.

    The slapshot has to be the dumbest shot in the game today in most situations. Why are you going to give the defense 2-3 seconds to get into position to block your shot?

    Howard is absolutely unable to string together two even mediocre games. 3 goals on 9 shots against a team that has trouble scoring even one a night is flat out embarrassing.

    I would be interested to see the stat comparison of how often we scored first earlier in the season vs. how often we score first now. I would imagine that the numbers are highly staggered, but we did come from behind a lot more when we were good.

    I'm so ******* sick of squeaking into the playoffs only to get ******* destroyed. Jesus Christ what is the point of making the playoffs every year when you do absolutely nothing when you are there? This season is over already as far as I'm concerned.
