    The game should be officiated evenly throughout regardless of the player who commits the penalty, the score, or the atmosphere of the game. It's absolutely ridiculous how the calls go when a team is down. That and makeup calls. Oh we screwed up once, might as well call another ridiculous penalty to even out how bad we have been at our job.

    It's hard to dislike Franzen when he plays fired up like this. He did this last year in the playoffs too. Going down blocking shots and hitting guys. Great to see just hope he keeps it up.

    For me it's not that goal because it was a poor play by DD, but I'm sick of seeing the other goalie make ridiculous saves and then Howard not really matching the saves ever. I know it's ridiculous to blame the goalie for every goal, but the way the season has been going, you just don't expect Howie to make those lights out saves anymore. Edit: I'm obviously behind...just trying to explain my complaints.

    I'm mad at Howard because he is literally incapable of making a clutch save this season. I am a huge Howard fan, but he consistently is outplayed by other goalies.

    Two things about that first period: 1. Darren "Hands of Stone" Helm 2. Howard 50% save percentage. Our top dollar goalie bailing us out yet again.

    Wow Dats is really back. We are starting to look like an actual hockey team. Really glad to see Jurco, Sheahan, and Glendening still up; they have earned it IMO. 5-2 Wings, they finally beat the subspecies of cougar found in Florida.
