Has anyone noticed how often Andersson will hit his stick against the ice hard when he is trying to chase after someone with the puck or he can't reach it. Haha makes me laugh how often I notice him doing it. -

Pretty good game all around. I will say Gus was playing very well despite my reaction when I saw him in net. IMO pretty stupid that the Bruins didn't take a single penalty in the game, but what can you do. Great game going forward, and they proved they can beat the best team in the Eastern Conference. Go Wings! -

Are they really going to struggle this bad to score goals all season? First game was basically the same story, but Buffalo is just that bad. -
Hey guys. I was wondering if Howard will be wearing different pads for the Winter Classic or just his regular ones. Also, it would be cool to see some early sketches for his helmet design (if anyone has seen anything). Not sure if anyone knows anything about this, but I am pretty excited to see what he will be wearing. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Not a terrible period by the Wings, but the Hawks were probably the better team in that one. Officiating is horrible. Kronwall needs to put a bomb from the point home for his first goal of the post-season. -

Great period for the Wings...minus the defensive turnovers. Smith is a glaring weakness on the team's defense. Mark my words the Hawks will exploit him (as they already have for the first goal). -

First live playoff game I have been to in my life. Although the Wings lost, it was a great game and a great atmosphere (minus the douchebag ducks fans behind us). Get it back in game 6 at the Joe! -
