One really big surprise this year, for me at least, is just how absolutely horrible Smith has been. I'm not saying he won't develop and become better because I know it is his first year, but he has been very bad IMO, offensively invisible and a defensive liability.

Such a tough loss. If only Nyquist buried that breakaway....It's going to be a tough fight to get into the playoffs, but getting in is just to maintain the playoff streak. It's highly unlikely they will make it out of the first round.

As the 'Yotes are relatively close to the Wings in the standings, this is a must win. Z, Kindl, and Miller with goals. 3-1 Wings.

I think we won that Bruins game on Thanksgiving last year when Datsyuk was on fire. I remember it because I was excited for that one as I was for this game, big mistake getting excited for this one. Edit: Mentioned it because it was an early game.

Man Eddie O is such an idiot...all the players had their hands pointing up when Toews shot it out...it's like he's never seen the delay of game penalty one receives when they flick it over the glass. Makes the game unbearable to watch.
