    Babcock has always had a difficult time putting lines together that can gel. Everything looks wonderful on paper, but in reality, it doesn't't work. I agree that Nyquist and Tatar should be full time but I think the cap space is killing the move. What frustrates me the most are the special teams. They can't kill a penalty and they can't score on the power play. This is completely on the coaching staff. It is evident how confused they are. The players are clueless and cannot perform.

    Let's face it - Chicago is a superior team. Throw in a very tired team. Dats and Z played a slew of games in europe. These 2 have played a lot of minutes in this shortened season. Wings just scored. This will make it interesting.

    Wings Re reverting back to just getting the puck out instead of making passes to lead a rush. They need to increase the effort. This is the season. Leave nothing behind.

    Colin was cold when he came in and did a good job. Lashoff has the same experience as Smith, but bigger. Babs is caught between a rock and a hard spot. The forwards need to be aware when Smith is on the ice and cover for him.

    I don't think Babcock will play Smith in the next game. He just isn't ready for this.

    I think Smith will be a good defenceman, just not now. With him on the ice, Chicago has a man advantage.

    I guess it won't be an overtime game. Our defensive play is disastrous. Our passes to the hawks are spot on.
