Anybody out there bored enough to put together a highlight video of our six games against Nashville this year? It would be rad to do some "scouting" before Wednesday. On a different note, I just remembered that I'm going to be in Nashville on Friday for the As Cities Burn reunion show. Unfortunately it starts at 9 (8 ET) so I'll miss most of the game.

Fil seems to play really well against the Preds. Hopefully he will be the difference maker in this series. I can't really see us being intimidated by the Preds which is a nice way to start the Playoffs.

when it comes to Nashville or Chicago I would rather not pick my poison. Right now I just want both of them to lose every game so we don't have to worry about losing our 4 seed, and so neither of them has momentum going into the playoffs. Both teams just scored. Wild up 3-2 Wild score two within 40 seconds. 4-2 Wild

I don't even see how Babcock can justify playing him over anyone else once Helm comes back. He's pretty much dead weight on the 4th line. If he wasn't on the top PP line there wouldn't be any reason to play him.

3-0 Nashville and now they are on the PP. Not looking good for Chicago.

I wouldn't mind a first round matchup with Chicago. I think that we would fare well against Nashville or Chicago, but the Blackhawks seem like the overall easier team to beat.

Should be a good game. I think a Chicago win is going to be best for the Wings in the long run. Hopefully it's not a three point night.

Settling for 6th place would be disgraceful. I'm sure that isn't the mindset that the team has, and I won't think that way either.

I kind of hope to see Homer in the press box once Franzen gets back. It would be a shame to see him in the line up over Nyquist. Homer is a warrior and he has served the team well over the years, but he has no place on the fourth line, or on any line really.

He scores a goal to bring his +/- up to -2... Off topic, but the more I see of Suter the less I would ever want him on the Wings. He makes some terrible decisions trying to defend guys who are entering the zone. We saw it first hand with the Z to Datsyuk goal, and I've noticed it several times since then.
