I don't think Gustavsson is a long term solution as #1 by any means but I'm beginning to think that the same goes for Howard.

He's been slightly better I think, not much though but I don't expect our 2nd goalie who makes one third what Howard does to outshine him completely... The root of the issue is still that Howard has been so god damn awful this season.

I would like more D scoring but priority 1,2 and 3 is a defense that is actually good in their own zone and our bottom3 is just nowhere near good enough.

We don't need to a Hasek or Sawchuk but I'd be happy with a goalie who actually won a game once in a while and preferbly with a save percentage above 92ish.

I don't expect him to let in 4goals every night but it's very sweet of Gus to wait until we score seven to do it... You know full well that his GAA is way under 4 and even slightly better than Howard's if I remember correctly.
