We can do that to any team on occassion but Tampa have a lot of offensive threats and they score A LOT. I think we'd have much bigger problems with them. -

I'd rather play a tight checked, low scoring series against Montreal than lose by 4-5 goals every night to Tampa. -

Letting go of Mitchell was huge too, they would never have done that if they had known that Voynov would be gone for the season so early.

I wish I could believe that, and sure it is possible but we are not going to be the favourite against any team we go up against. Personally I'd prefer Montreal, I think we'd have the biggest chance against them.

I think it's just swedes and the SHL is extremely well scouted these days by all teams so it's much harder to make those late round finds.

I haven't seen GR much this season but AA doesn't feel like a fourthliner, might be a bit pointless to call him up to play with Miller and Andersson.

He's been pretty good so far, his team Frölunda Indians came back from a 1-3 deficit in the first series to win and are now down 2-3 in the semifinals. He has 7p in 12 games and have been a big part of their offense, I definitely agree that he's a much bigger loss than Bäckman. Btw Mattias Bäckman has been absolutely awful in the playoffs he seems to have lost what little confidence he had to begin with when we traded his rights.
