Id like to see us get a defenseman like Dustin byfuglien or Big buff himself. He has not only size but has immense hockey talent. Id love to have a guy like that on the blue line. I just feel like he has somthing this teams been missing for a while now. He could really thrive here. The ability to play D and Forward is what intrigues me the most. Big guy with hands? Yes Please.

I thought his role was to replace Cleary's "vet status" when we weren't going to resign him. Now I'm just lost amongst the crowd on this issue.

This guy was nothing special, most teams can bring up a AHL player and get done what this guy can do and more. Though I always had hope for him after hearing mickey claim he had one of the best shots on the team, shame I never seen it.

I guess Tatar still hasn't earned his spot hmmm well our 3rd line just got a downgrade. I don't get it, scratch a offensive minded player when we lack offense, coaching at its finest.

Howards not at fault, but he isn't gonna win games for us with the D we got infront of him, let alone our dried up offense. I've come to the conclusion that if any team scores more then 2 on us its most likely a loss.

Good job 4th line bout it, to bad it will be broken up when our savior returns Patrick Eaves will solve everything! /sarcasm off Truth be told though, Toots should play over eaves, I don't get why they don't use him on the pk seems like he could learn if they wanted him to. If anything sit cleary for eaves its a pretty equal trade nothing gained or lost. This team lacks character and identity, Hell id like to see some heart even, its disappointing as a fan when your team is down and they don't show any emotion.

We need to find a way to fit Nyquist into this lineup, Cleary is a good guy but what has he brought this year for us that Nyquist cant? Nyquist had his spot earned I thought. This might not solve all our problems but maybe give us some boost to our offense. 3 goals in 3 games is pretty pathetic.

Id take him if we were a bigger team, but with brunner staying(hopefully) we don't need another smaller player.
