This 2nd round exit was a lot more enjoyable to me then years past. I cant wait for October being in the eastern conference going to be awesome for the wings. Our rook's looking pretty good. Keep your head's held high fella's you exceeded most expectations.

I was wondering what people's thoughts were on this subject. I personally believe Tootoo bring a lot more to this lineup then Eaves ever would. He brings a whole different aspect to the table, I struggle to see where eaves excels and what he brings to the team that Tootoo cant do just as good or better. Tootoo provides much more energy and causes turnovers and scrambles in front of the net. We need some dirty goals.

#14 for me, Was a big Shanahan fan growing up though the glory years. The guy was everything you'd want from a player on your team with his physical play and goal scoring ability. The things he's done for the sport and player safety I respect him for. Nyquist starting to get comfortable in #14 hes really coming into his own. Hopefully he might get a chance on the 2nd line sometime in the playoffs. -Pump

Franzen at center was probably the best ive seen him play all year. Would def like to see this experimented more.

Need a PWF that can net the puck and hold his own against some of the bigger players in the league.

I was really hoping Wings would of picked him up. Not for this season, but for next season. He is the type of player you want on your team in the eastern conference. Tootoo is going to need some backup.

filp overrated . Yes he deserves a slight raise, but no more then 3.5mil a year. If he wants more, let him walk.

Bottom six time isn't going to help any. He's pretty bad Defensively Pair him with Datsyuk to help make up for it, However some reason i believe Brun and Helm together could be quite a force on the 3rd line. -
