Wow. ANOTHER late goal. That was a HUGE loss. Unf***ingbelievable. I knew right after the Devils first goal that is wasn't going to be our night. This loss hurts, bigtime.

I don't think the Wings were "hiding" Datsyuk. He's injured, no reason to play him in that third period. When you're playing against a dirty team that has been embarrassed at home in a huge game sometimes even having an enforcer wouldn't help much. Neil and Cowen are idiots and why take that chance? I mean Neil was taking head shots at a guy that just came off a concussion. You can't really do much about idiots like him. Oh and I don't know if this was mentioned yet but the Wings and Sens both won on the road and both with scores of 4-2 and 6-1, that's really awkward.

I think it's safe to say that every game is "big" the rest of the way. This game is obviously huge though. But we could use some help tonight from other teams as well. I'm also rooting for these guys.. Islanders, Blackhawks, Sharks, Pens, Panthers & Predators. Not much to ask for eh?

I disagree. If this was against a Western Conference team when the extra point is insignificant to either team than I would say that but you're chasing this team in the standings and that is inexcusable. I saw that tying goal coming from a MILE away.

Well as of right NOW it doesn't seem like it will be career ending. Of course there is a chance of him having problems again but you can only hope he doesn't. When Crosby was down with concussion many believed that his career was in jeopardy. I'm just saying as of right now the news is pretty good.

I agree. I'm actually glad this whole thing is behind us now. No more speculation on what's wrong with him and we can move forward. I think Z should just take the year off. We're not going to win the cup anyway so just rest and come back fully rested and healthy for the start of 2014. I'm glad his career isn't in danger and we can still get a few more good years from the captain.

If any Canadian will say that the slashing call on the US in OT wasn't bulls*** then you're just being a homer. That was probably one of the worst hockey penalties I've EVER seen.

I'm just saying that I'm lowering my expectations. With the team 100% healthy and going I thought they could have put together a good playoff push. It's not going to happen now.

I don't know about you guys but I'm already done with this season. I'll watch as many games as I can but we aren't going anywhere this year. Zetterberg may need surgery, Datsyuk isn't 100% and Franzen could be done as well. Time to look forward to next season already.

I just saw this also on the NHL homepage. Horrible news for the team moving forward. Our two best players are not 100% with only 24 games left in the season. Not good.

Weiss is healthy and he's ready to go first game back from the Olympics. I'm just worried about Franzen. Ansar Khan tweeted that he still hasn't skated.

Dude are you kidding me? Ozzy always had GREAT players around him. Howard doesn't have that luxury. With this defense Howard has to literally stand on his head. With Stamkos and Filpulla healthy I see Tampa beating anyone in the East. Bishop is a monster and you have get a perfect shot past him.

Ben Bishop showed why he deserves the Olympics over Howard. I can bet any money that he wasn't even 100% and he still kept his team in the game. We do not have a Stanley Cup goal tender.

I'm so frustrated by this. They own us this year. 7 losses from Tampa and Florida.

This was a really bad loss. We are Tampa's ***** this year. So ******* disappointing.
