Even though the Wings won there is still concern on defense. All year long they have trouble getting the puck out of the zone. Glad they won in regulation and they're done with Florida. I actually sense a rivalry building between these two.

Our PP is atrocious!! Tim Thomas is a ******* dick and I'm so glad this is the last game against this ******* team. Until that final horn sounds I will not believe the Wings win this one in regulation.

How in God's name has this Panthers team doing this to us? I cannot believe they're up after that period. This is unreal.

This ^^ The game for me tonight isn't about the two points it's a pride game. I swear to God if they lose again to this team I might break my ******* TV. I also hope Datsyuk is actually ready to play and isn't just coming back for the sake of the Olympics. Go Wings!

Columbus up 1-0 after the first in Anaheim and Philly is up 1-0 in San Jose. Of course when SJ and Anaheim can help us out they'll probably lose.

I truly think this is a must win. Because I don't see them winning the next two games in Florida. Panthers just seem to have a hard on for the Wings this year and the Lightning are just the better team right now. Gotta win tonight.

Wings better win tomorrow because I don't see them winning in Florida or Tampa. The Red Wings are the Panthers wake up call and Tampa is just the better team right now.

Scoring goals is not really a problem. With a 100% healthy line up this team can score goals. It's the defense and goaltending that won't get it done. Way too inconsistent on both sides. Need a goalie that can give you a chance to win night in and night out and Howard just hasn't been that guy.

The theme of 2013-2014 "Heart Attack Hockey." 0-5 on the PP. That's the reason this game went to OT. They score at least ONE on the PP and this game is over a long time ago. We're missing Datsyuk BIGTIME. He draws a lot of attention and opens up ice for other players.

This team is ******* cursed. Cursed. I've never seen anything like this. A regulation win is like a MIRACLE for this team. This just doesn't make sense.

It's not a good period unless you score in my opinion. I've seen this story before. Neuvirth stops 72 Red Wings shots and shuts out Detroit and Caps win 1-0.

Jesus Christ. I hope Franzen gets better but damn this season has been horrible. These injuries are a nightmare. It sucks for the team and for us as fans we cannot enjoy watching our teams full potential.

I understand that refs blew that call and it should HAVE been 4-1 but Wings had a two goal lead with 6 minutes left, there are no excuses there.

I don't know about you guys but for me, f*** the extra point. I'm not even mad about that. I'm pissed off that we have lost three games to the Florida Panthers honestly. It's a pride thing for me at the moment. They have our number this year and it's ******* frustrating. I cannot believe we lost again to them.

I swear the Florida Panthers must have some kind of devil worshipping ceremony in their locker room before Red Wings games. This is ridiculous. This game should be over.

Doesn't look good so far. When teams have your number like the Panthers do that first goal is huge. This feels like one of those let down games.

I have a bad feeling about this game. Hope I'm wrong. And we're just going to have to get used to Z not being 100% all year long. Back problems are no joke. Panthers have played us great all year long, this is going to be a tough win.
