What a great pair of wins over two original six foes. 9 goals (8 without the SO) in two games and everything looks like it's starting to click. Without our best player on top of that! And our young guns are really coming through. Gotta get ready for those damn pesky Panthers on Sunday though. Go Wings!

Gosh, it's like the Wings cannot score a goal without a miracle, literally. That Kronwall goal against LA WAS a miracle. They just cannot get a clear shot to go in.

I've been using these injuries as a reason to kind of not get "mad" when they lost. I'm almost starting to realize that we might not be THAT much better even when everyone comes back. This defense cannot generate ANY offense and they suck at what they're paid to do, defend. It's not looking good, we just don't seem to have it anymore.

No way!! I'd bet everything I have that Bert, Cleary and Sammy have seen their last days, not only as Red Wings but probably in the NHL.

Samuelsson, Bertuzzi and Cleary are gone next year for SURE. Those three players are costing us 7 million. Man, we could sure use ONE player that would be worth 7 million right about now.

I agree with this. There are 11 games left before the Olympics. If the Wings don't win at LEAST 6 games out of that 11 you can kiss the playoff streak goodbye.

I just think the Wings are going to fall to the point of no return. Even when they get healthy, unless they go on like a ten game win streak they have a great chance of missing the playoffs. I just think this team is so fragile. I truly believe even Zetterberg is playing injured. How long is going to take for our players to get into game shape even when they come back? These injuries have been a nightmare, and that's an understatement.

Back to back 1-0 games. WOW. This whole season just NOTHING going the Wings way. It's unreal. So damn frustrating.

Injuries, injuries, injuries. That has been the story of the first half. If the Wings were at 100% with their roster they'd be up there with Boston and Pittsburgh. Injuries are not an excuse but they certainly are a factor. Players cannot create chemistry with one another if the lines are constantly being changed around. And as a fan it sucks because you cannot watch your team play to their full potential.

I swear to God I feel like we just got knocked out of the playoffs. Wow, what a winnable game and we blew it. I'm so pissed.

With the line up we have out there scoring a couple on the PP would have been so damn huge. Giving up that first goal was deflating. Maybe it's just one game but damn the Ducks look so different without Getzlaf, wow.

Hats off to Tatar man. His father dies and he still decides to play. That's amazing! I hope his goal stands to be the game winning goal. This guy is definitely part of the future.

How about Jimmy Howard?! HOLY s***! What a game he's having. The only reason this game is still 1-1. Wings really need to pull this one out for him. This would be a great win.

I do love how there are so many Wings fans at the Staples Center. Their were a lot at the Shark Tank as well. I saw a couple Sharks fans on Twitter complaining about too many Wings fans LoL.

I don't expect much. I said the Wings were going to go winless in Cali and I don't think that's changing. This game could get ugly. Howard is definitely going to have to stand on his head though.

Hate to be the negative one here but I predicted three losses on this Cali road trip and I'm not changing my prediction. Red Wings will be out of the top 8 after they leave Anaheim tomorrow. Go Wings!?
