This is ******* horrible. No other way to put it. I think it's just time to accept this team is on the decline. It is what it is. They're most likely going to lose tomorrow as well. I swear to God I was numb when it went to OT. I really didn't care at that point if they won or lost.

The crazy thing is even with all these losses the Wings have 23 points and are in 3rd place in the division. Granted we have more games played though. But look at it this way. The Wings are FIVE goals away from being 14-5-0. I guess if you look at it that way it's not AS horrible. Still no excuses and they have to win games. Goodnight all.

I really hate taking credit for OT losses. In all reality this team is 9-10 right now. They've only won 9 out of their first 19 games. It's 20 games into the season and this is where you can tell who's who. And the Wings don't look foreal. They're nothing more than a mediocre team.

Hey man I don't know what to tell you. I don't play the game, I just watch. I saw them talking about the game on NHL network and had a bad feeling that this will be a loss for the Wings because the Jets were desperate. Wings are that team that brings out the best in other teams man. It's always been like that. The Jets got embarrassed at home by Chicago and that fired them up.

I think some of you guys are over exaggerating BIGTIME. Yeah it was a bad loss but you knew Winnipeg was going to bring it tonight. They HAD to. They'll probably ******* lose 5 straight now. These losses are going to happen. We now have 8 out of the next 10 at home coming up. Big chance to get some big points, I say Wings win 7 out of the next 10. And God I hope we blow the Jets out at the Joe.

I knew this was going to happen tonight. Jets obviously want it more. They're trying to get out of a losing streak and they're playing their guts out. Saw this coming.

Just atrocious. Haven't scored since the first period of last game. Blah. I can't stand our 3rd and 4th lines. I can't wait until Helm, Nyquist and Tatar get put in.

Sloppy game, couldn't convert on the PP or the penalty shot. Miller kept Buffalo in the game. Going to have to do way better than that against the better teams. Those fans leaving with a minute left only up one boggles my ******* mind and makes us look stupid on national TV. Empty seats again really bothered me. Oh well, everything will get better as the season goes along. Big weekend in Detroit sports coming up. Go Wings!

Always a good day when Wings hockey is back. I'm still a little pissed about Nyquist and Tatar not being in the line up. Was really looking forward to the young guys playing all season. Oh well, hopefully sooner or later they'll be in full time. Go Wings!

Hearing rumors on Twitter that the Wings are interested in Morrow? Anyone hear the same?

I want to see Helm & Dekeyser play a full season. Those two will be huge additions we didn't have in the playoffs. I don't mind the additions we made today. I think we all agree Weiss is better than Fil. I don't know why but I can care less about Fil leaving. And add our young guys in the mix and of course Howard you cannot say we're not a better team. I'm actually really excited.

I totally agree. I don't even want this guy honestly. In my opinion I think he's going to have a bad season next year. Won't be avaialble until December and who knows what the rest of his career will look like. I'm not impressed with any of these signings today. No thanks.

Honestly there are some players you just NEVER want to see in a Wings uniform and Crosby is one of them. I don't give a s*** how good he is.

I know it's only one goal. But they had two chances to close them out at home and they didn't. You would have to assume the Crunch are very confident now in this series.

That would be horrible if they lose this series. Crunch are up 1-0 in the first.

I actually know Kindl's girlfriend Debbie. Not too close but she's friends with some girls that I grew up with. Pretty cool girl, we actually watched game 2 against Anaheim at a bar with her and a bunch of other people. Kindl lives in downtown Royal Oak.

I highly doubt Pittsburgh wants to be dealing with us now that we're moving to the Eastern Coference. And if they would even think about trading Malkin to us it would be because we're giving them some ridiculous offer they can't refuse, and we all know Kenny is not going to do that.

Maybe he forgot his contract ends after next year? LoL! Just kidding. But honestly this is great news for Red Wings fans and the organization. He can definitely still play at an elite level and he sees this team still has potential. I just hope we don't throw him a ridiculous amount of money with the salary cap dropping. I'm glad someone agrees with me. Only thing I'm happy about is not missing the playoffs. I can't be happy about choking a 3-1 lead to the Chicago Blackhawks and their annoying ass fans.

I hate to sound pessimistic but I'm not quite ready to be positive about the season. Wings had a chance to beat the number 1 team in the league and they choked. That's right, they choked. They had three chances to beat them and failed. Sorry but in my opinion this was one of the biggest let downs for me as a Red Wings fan. Yeah I know that "We weren't supposed to make this far" anyway but they did and they couldn't finish the job. Wings could have beat a team that is their arch rival and that has OWNED them for the past 3-4 seasons and they choked. On to the eastern conference.
