ugh man this franzen guy just isn't working out. Were paying way too much for a guy who has the ability to lead a team even when their fans say there's no hope. Better use that buyout on him lol. I feel that he really brings his game when there is something to really work for. He said before that the regular season can bore him and if that depression thing was true then it makes sense. I;m just glad we can count on him when we need him, Like now or playoffs.

I doubt it. I'd say cleary is back since I think he was given some Kenny promise for this years contract. Earlier in the season I'd say Bert would stay but now I'm not sure anymore since he's proven to be only useful with Z and D. Alfie is up to him, if he wants to stay Holland will sign him again. I think legwand will be back, kenny's recent trade won't be thrown away. I think Quincy is the only for sure to be gone unless he takes a huge decrease and Holland can't find anyone else. It's how I think Holland will think anyway. Not how I'd do it.

Wow I keep forgetting how much Quincy actually makes. Its a bit painfull seeing it listed like this next to the stats. But then I just look at dekeyser and I feel alot better.

Smith has little flashes of skill time to time where you can see potential. I actually did see an improvement in the last few games. It will just take time for him to solidify his defensive game. I don't think he'll be great but I can definitely see him as a decent second pairing in the future. If we had less of a log jam up at forward I'd suggest putting him there and seeing what he can do but we don't have that luxury.

We couldn't give him away right now if we tried. I'm not sure why people think he can still be that number 2c here. He was given plenty of time to adjust and I rarely saw a decent play out pf him. I Get that he may have been still injured but even so we should have seen at least a bit of something. Unless we have some free cap space next season I say we buy em out . If legwand performs decently and resigns then there is no point in wasting any more time on em. Hope I'm wrong but.

I remember thinking that paying 4 mill a season for him and 5 for fill was way overpayment. Now I think we may have just been spoiled. I know I'd much much rather have hudler than Sammy and tootoo. I always liked fill and I really liked the fill hank huds line. I just can't stop picturing our roster with those two on it instead of all the garbage that replaced them. But hindsight is 20/20. I just wish fill had found his shot while he was in Detroit.

I LOVE SHEAHAN. Biggest surprise this season. Wasn't excepting this at all.
