Yeah, the half dozen times in three years he's actually gone into the corners, he sucked at it. Lebda is quite good when he's rushing the puck. But he isn't very good at anything else. Samuelsson is just trash all the way around.

Only in fantasy land for Pitkanen. You're dreaming if you think the Oilers want to move the chief asset they got from trading their popular captain, a young defenseman with star potential, at all... let alone for a package like that. -

Did you just compare Manny Legace to Dominik Hasek? With regards to their mental preparation and the pressure of playoff goaltending? This thread is hilarious. This isn't even a question. Dom didn't come back for one last season in his ripe old age to be a healthy scratch in the playoffs.

You need to add something for every time he takes an unscreened wrist shot from the blue line with nobody near the net. Or makes a horrific pass when he's got an open man. Or gets shoved aside by a smaller player. Bonus points if he backs down and then gets mouthy after the referee is already between him and the other guy.

It's frustrating to hear all the hype but not be able to see him play. Incidentally, if you're named after the band Agalloch, I just had lunch with Don Anderson yesterday. There's a new EP coming out and he's got a new Sculptured album as well.

Yeah right... Klima scored 30+ goals five times and totaled 313 in 786 games. Comparing him to the anchor that is Samuelsson is a slap in the face.

Pretty ridiculous what you guys go through in Europe. I feel your pain as a COMCAST SUBSCRIBER (aka, the company that launched NHL network) living less than two hours from Canada to whom it is also completely unavailable. Keep us posted or I won't be able to watch this one either. Tanks.

So can anyone who knows the CBA better confirm that Selanne would have needed a contract by December 1st to play this season, or is that misinformation?
