I could care less about womens hockey, i'll keep my views on that to myself. But if ud been watching the OT, the officiating was easily the worst ive ever seen. 2 absolutely bogus calls in a row. A netfront battle for a loose puck called as a slash and an obvious penalty shot that was called a crosscheck. Doesnt take away the gold though! Congrats ladies!

I wonder if Babs defensive minded strategies are what stifle the teams scoring, theres really no excuse for a lack of goal scoring with Canadas roster. It just doesnt make sense. All this makes me question Babs as the Wings coach. Not necessarily in a bad way per say, it just seems an odd coincidence that babs coached teams cant score. Puzzling indeed. -

Thanks for confirming. And yeah Ovie/Malkin have been scoreless since game one IIRC, they really need to show up if theyre gonna beat a very good Finnish team. I too hope they show up for Pasha's sake. He deserves it.
