My bad, saw it on bleacher report on a tweet from the "experts" based on what they saw in practice today. Not yet set in stone by Babs. But likely. I think thats to add some offensive skill to a bottom 6 consisting of defensive plugs. Just my theory.

I really hope jurco/eaves stay and cleary/sammy gwt sent down/scratched.

Tonights lines: Jurco-dats-Alfie Miller-andy-tatar Eaves-glendening-cleary Bert-Sheahan-Tootoo Wouldnt mind a toots vs mcgrattan scrap, wether he gets whooped or not.

Pav has certainly not been his usual self since coming back. I think he just realizes half the team is out with injury and our chances of winning are so slim, and the playoffs are so far away, that he just doesnt really care that much right now. Just like anyone else at their job, you try your hardest when it really counts, and when it doesnt, you dont. Pav knows when to put the team on his back and win a game worth winning. He'll be fine when we need him to be.

With the addition of a scorer and or top tier dman, and the addition by subtraction of dead weight (sammy/cleary/bert/quincey). Along with some good prospects cracking the lineup. I think our team will be quite a bit better next season. This team is so weighed down by over the hill plugs that its tough to keepup in todays NHL with such a lack of speed/hunger. As soon as said "veterans" are gone we will be much better off IMHO. Its easy to see the impact the kids make compared to the "vets". Nyquist/tatar/dekeyser/jurco/glendening are infinitely better/more noticable than cleary/sammy/bert/Quincey.

I like what ive seen from jurco. I do believe he will be a star on this team in the future. With Nyquist/Tatar/Jurco on the roster next year, along with the subtraction of cleary/sammy/bert we might actually be considered a fast team. Helm/abby/z/smitty/dekeyser/nyq/jurco/tatar are all fast skaters. Not too shabby.

Ofcourse dano with a goal. The icing on the s*** cake.

I will say this, and its not just cuz i like him, but Tatar has been really working his ass off tonight. He has made plays, forechecked and taken shots when seemingly no one else would. I really like his cotinuous work ethic even in the face of sure defeat. Kids a gamer.

Not tatars fault. Our dmen have been inexcusinly bad at their job tonight. Tatar is on the ice to create offense in the absesnce of those who get paid to do the same. Our defense on the other hand has been just awful.

4 goals in the 1st period? The only defenseman were missing is dekeyser? What in the actual f*** IS GOING ON!!?
